Still can't get their act together

<p>Back again to complain about the fact that these people still can't make a plan. More than 6 months later still being advised I'm outstanding on my account which was closed at the beginning of the year. I do not owe any further funds and would love for someone to check their system and stop trying to sc**** money from customers that clearly aren't happy with the ****ty service in the first place!!!!</p>
