Still being billed 1-year plus after requesting cancellation...

I requested - via their webform - that my membership be cancelled in March 2021. I received no confirmation of the form submission and a year later, I'm still being billed. I called the call centre and after a long hold, was disconnected the moment I asked to cancel. I called again and was assisted and told it was cancelled and asked for confirmation in writing. I have received none. I have received no responses to emails sent to their *** and *** addresses.
