Still awating refund

I am still waiting to be refunded my joining fee of R99.00. Its been a month and 2 weeks waiting for the amount to reflect in my account. I have to keep calling, emailing , complaining about R99.00, I'ts pathetic actually, but it is my money at the end of the day. I hope to get some sort of response by the end of today, what a bad experience!
