*****ster salesperson - Lesiba Ledwaba

In the month of February I inquired about moving my membership from PF to VA, a salesperson by the name of Lesiba Ledwaba from the Reds Mall club assisted us. He requested us to pay some amount as a joining fee and we then proceeded to cancel the membership with PF. Lesiba knew that we were joining via the Discovery Vitality platform and we shared the details with him. He said nothing about the Vitality and when we went to the gym to inquire he said they do not have electricity and wanted us to drive to another club instead of him sorting it out once they had power. True to his nature he did not call and now we are chasing him on why he did not onboard us using the vitality program. I would like for you to listen to the call that I had with him today regarding this matter and he decided that he will talk to me then dropped the call. I will like an official written apology from him and the said club and I would prefer not to ever deal with him. He is a *****ster that is only concerned about his commission and not the customer's experience. He speaks to me like we are friends from a tavern and lacks the understanding to distinguish between a frustrated and an unhappy client. To be honest with you I feel uncomfortable with using this club whilst he is there because he is rude and would make it uncomfortable for me. He does not take accountability for his mistake and wants to push the fault unto the customer. I have not started using the club but i am already made to be feel uncomfortable.
