Steam Room Never works

Hello,<br> <br> Over the past 3/4 weeks the steam room in the ladys change rooms has almost never worked. When it is on, its not hot enough to use. T<br> Alot of people have complained about this, but it falls on deaf ears. The people at reception can do nothing. It actually seems like there is no interest in it getting fixed. <br> <br> I am considering moving to another club. It is disappointing that they cannot get something like the steam room sorted. <br> <br> <br> <br>
