*****ing money from my bank account by virgin active humewood

Whenever virgin actIve humewood port Elizabeth are offering the first 2 months membership free please do not believe this because I signed a 12 month contract on the 1st of june with the promise from them that no funds would be deducted until 1st August.you can imagine my horror that the very next day a months premium ofr479 was deducted from my account. I asked why they had done this and they admitted there mistake but they still haven't returned my money or explained why they still have my money.this tantamounts to *****ing from customers and I am pleading with everyone out there who want to join a gym please do not join virgin active who will spin you a web of lies and then deduct money from your bank account whenever they feel like it!
