*****ing money during a pandemic

Despite numerous emails to the email address provided during lockdown as they were on limited staff to cancel my membership which is on a month to month, I recieced one response asking if I would like to freeze my account instead. I respinded that NO i do not want to suspend I want it canceled. Then today I find a debit order taken off my account. I want my money back TODAY!!!!!!
