Stay Away From Bel Air Virgin active

So I joined Virgin active, and was told I could switch to Vitality without any Issues, I then decided that I don't want it anymore within the 5 days cooling off period and I was promised that they will refund me, 2 weeks later it turns out they won't refund me. why promise me I will be refunded and then You don't? Virgin Active Bel air, I wont advise anyone to join Virgin active. Stay away unless you are happy to pay for something you don't want anymore. I repeat Stay Away!
