Staff interaction with customers

I train at virgin active eastgate and since gyms reopened the staff interaction has been absolutely horrible. They are always snappy and rude towards you whenever you enquire about the new rules or regulations and they can never give you a straight answer but are very quick to shout at you when you don’t follow the rules or guidelines you know nothing about. The staff make you feel as if you owe them something and it makes gyming at virgin active very unpleasant and if I’m honest it’s not worth your time. Very sad to say but after these last 3 days of being treated like I mean absolutely nothing to the business it makes me wonder if I should just cancel my contract and wipe my hands clean of virgin active.
