Staff failing to implement gym policy and practice gender and race equality.

Virgin Active Honeydew has failed to implement gym policy / rules, and practice gender and race equality.

Two patrons using two machines exceeded their 30min max time on each machine and arrogantly defended their stance. Once addressed by myself, they choose to defend themselves rather than see reason. In order not to further escalate the incident, I approached the staff on duty, and asked them to please address the situation as if I did there would be uttarances of GBV and racial murmurs.

In this they failed dismally, illustrating bias, cementing their inferiority complex, and admitting to not being able to de-escalate the situation, and apply fairness and equality. I refuse for our children to be raised in such, pathetic.
