*********** Staff does not know the purpose of Air Conditioning

This is not the first nor the second time that I’m formally requesting attention with regards to your club in Olympus Pretoria East (Virgin Active Faerie Glenn).

For some reason your *********** staff does not know the purpose of an air conditioning. Just because it’s cloudy doesn’t necessarily means it cold. Every Tuesday evening at 17h30 and Wednesday 17h00 we have to constantly remind and ask them to switch in the air conditioning.

Kindly train them on the purpose of an air conditioner please.

It is absolutely miserable spinning for 2 hours on a Wednesday and in the first 15 minutes we are soaking wet.
