squash court bookings

Virgin Active has a policy where if you want to use the squash courts you have to make a booking which i think is fair enough. I have been a member of the gym for like almost 2 months and i always make a booking to use the squash courts. every time we get to the gym for our time to use the courts there's other people using the courts during our time and this is on a everyday basics. which shows poor management everyone that books have to literally fight to get their turn to play. there's only 2 courts but like 20 people waiting to use it and its people that don't have bookings and that's not fair on people like me who make the time to book those's courts. i am very disappointed in the way the management and staff over look this its really becoming a problem. something has to be done about this.
