SPINNING INSTRUCTORS

Virgin Active Cresta - I would like to thank you for firing the competent spinning instructor and not bothering hiring someone more competent in his place. I love having to pay for a service I am not receiving. Tuesday morning (6:15am) spinning classes are like a lottery- will we have an *********** instructor, will we have no instructor or will they grab someone off the floor and get him to take the spinning class. Its absolutely rediculous how useless Virgin Active Cresta is with hiring new instructors! I think it's time to move to Planet Fitness.
