Spinning Classes Honeydew Virgin Active Gym

The speakers in the spinning class at the Virgin Active Honeydew has been broken for 3 weeks. Music plays a vital role in a spin class. I reported this and the poor and helpful attitude of the member at this branch on Monday, I received email from branch stating that it has been reported to head office and that I am not the only member raising this matter. It can take up to 10 days for head office to diagnose the problem ....... I pay for national membership - equipment should be in working condition. I have had not feedback since Monday from either branch or head office - the speakers are still out of order.
