Some staff have really bad costumers s****s!!! Firstly being treated like a child and then refusing me access with my card. Virgin active rustenburg

Some staff dont have good customer relationshap s****s. Yesterday at the reception a lady treated me bad stating that if i do not bring my card the next time she will deny me access after i told her ill bring it the next day. Today is the next day and when i arrived at the reception and placed my card on the counter she refused to take the card to swipe it to grant me access... Another 2 customers behind me gave their cards to her to which she granted them access and had a spitefull grin on her face. She even spoke to the 2nd helped customer behind me in her african language which i dont understand and that customer laughed and asked what have we done while he was walking forward. I feel humiliated to stand at the reception not being granted access to the local gym which i am paying for. All the customers on the second floor had an overview of the reception by that time and saw this humiliating bad customer service happen. I also feel uncomfortable to take this up with the clubs manager as she treated me like a child at the kuai due to the salt holder i "played" with where she forbid me to sit there as i am not a customer.
