So unimpressed I didn’t even work out

I’ve been with virgin active for many many years. In those years I’ve always asked for print outs of my gym visits and also my payment debits the reason for this is my employer reimburses them to me every 3months. I requested for it today at the virgin active in sunninghill and the 2 ladies at reception told me it’s something that they don’t do I would rather have them say that it’s something they no longer do since covid perhaps but I literally would have assistance for years. I wasn’t about to argue with them so I didn’t even work out I left right away . Is it something you have stopped doing I don’t know maybe the printing of paper and covid 🤷🏾♀️
