So called outstading account

<p>For the past couple of months I receive calls and SMS messages from a company called RMD to collect outstanding fees on behalf of Virgin Active - first of all my last visit to a Virgin Active gym was in April May 2009 before they refurbished the Durbanville Virgin Active as a Discovery Vitality member - not only do the threat me with legal action but also with legal fees. I have phoned Virgin Active offices and complained to them and they did indicate that they wil investigate but the calls just continue no matter what time of the day. i am sure there must be other ex VA members that encounter the same problem ?</p>
