Sipho - Virgin Active Kolonade Retail

I am absolutely disgusted with the attitude received from Sipho at Virgin Active Kolomade Retail,

First incident he approaches me without any politeness, but rather maliciously indicates I need to pack away my weights, which I was still busy with by the way, however when reprimanded, he continues with insult, rather than apology,

Second incident - my wife and I, paying gym member are approach, no hello, how are you, or sir, mam we have a class in 5min, rather he approaches us and state, "You know there is a class here", at there after he states I must check my app and make sure the floor is not busy, with utter disrespect,

This is the worst experience I have received from Virgin Active staff, ever,

Guys please teach your staff respect and politness
