SIMPLY VIRGIN *****S

I called to cancel my contract, and was offered a promotional package, whereby for 2 months I can pay R180 and there after decide if I want to cancel or not. This offer came from Virgin and I accepted, but Virgin did not honor the deal. I called and spoke to THAAKIR RODIQUES on the 06 September 2021. I explained to him what the issue was. He requested that I sent him proof of payments for the R180.00 and he will correct my account. I mailed him the POP and he mailed me back stating that the account has been correct. This has not happened, I now have been informed that i am in arrears with my account. I have mailed Thaakir but he doesn't reply nor does he call me back. I have called numerous times but no one can assist me, since they don't listen,
