SIGN UP FEE NOT REFUNDED

Last year I signed up for a Virgin Active contract and around R650 was debited from my account for it. I then attempt to go to gym at the club I signed up for (Vodaworld) only to find that I was signed up for a Victory Park membership. I then had to pay around R550 for the Vodaworld membership. The Vodaworld assistant asked me to contact Virgin Active to refund my R650 paid as it was an error on their part. I have called numerous times with many promises of a refund. I think it is the principle of it. I have wasted a lot of my time and airtime calling for a refund with no refund to date. ALMOST A YEAR LATER. I would appreciate a REFUND as soon as possible.
