Sickening.
Honestly wish I could give a 0 star rating. I signed up but never activated my account. Advised to cancel as I have not activated my account. My email wad ignored for a whole month and they still haven’t cancelled. Now they are just trying to constantly take money and it’s honestly sickening. I tried being understanding but the customer service and the whole contract is honestly ****. Do yourself a favour and NEVER sign up with virgin active.

Not with the way they have been handling my situation. If a manager doesn’t come back regarding this I will most definitely go more public and advise of this sick situation.
