SICK SICK SICK

I am so PUT OFF OF Virgin Active. i make payments every month via EFT. ive requested a statement in the beginning of April... After making my monthly payment. SUDDENLY im dealing with attorneys handing me over. 3 different people from one Attorney office, phoning me on a daily basis HOW THE HELL DOES THIS WORK???? i wanted to know if i owe anything outstanding.... THEN I GET HANDED OVER. i was corresponding to someone from Virgin active on email, arranging payment info.... please explain the steps how this works, cause obviously they dont know how to deal with their clientele !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO SICK OF THIS. i will NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE ANYTHING EVER TO DO WITH ANY VIRGIN ACTIVE IN MY LIFE.

not even to mention that a couple of months ago - they made a wrong payment into my account. I gladly returned the money. As i am not a *****. so much to say about loyalty...
