SHODDY SERVICE AT VIRGIN ACTIVE

Have been trying to CANCEL my membership since February 2021. Today is 13 March 2021. Cannot login to VA website using username & password. Have an off-peak membership card. Tried to visit Lonehill branch where my membership is apparently active? Waited out of the way of turnstile, allowing 'members' to enter. Never got the chance to present card. Asked to see a 'manager'. Answer "they are ALL in a meeting? Told person behind desk that I wanted to CANCEL. Person said give me your phone number.............. Said goodbye. Exited.......would like to exit PERMANENTLY!
