Shocking treatment from virgin active humewood

I joined virgin active in humewood port Elizabeth on the 1st of june 2018 Because there was a special offer on of the first 2 months being free and that they would take the first premium of r479 on the 1st of August. I was shocked to find out that on the 2nd of June they had took r479 from my bank account. I asked why they had done this and their response was that they would return the money immediately.but I am still waiting...so please do not sign a contract with virgin active because they will take money from your bank account whenever they feel like it
