Shocking treatment from Virgin Active

Virgin Active cancelled my contract and barred me from the gym eventhough I advised even though I advised having a back/neck operation and procedure. Even worse than this the debit order goes through as if they are not aware what is going on in their own organisation. Poor show Virgin Active
