Shocking Service, Ignored Cancelation Request

I have tried to cancel my subscription since August with no confirmed success. The web page has no provision for cancelations, a request via their web page was ignored for many weeks. The published phone numbers are not answered. Eventually I had a phone from somebody questioning WHY I wanted to cancel. No apologies for the late processing, no confirmation of my request and to date not a single email to say they have received and accepted my cancelation. How Discovery can work with (and recommend) a company with such business practices is beyond me. Don't ever sign up with them.
