Shocking service from Alchea at Claremont head off

I have joined at Virgin, I gymed more than 12times in the month and was given a voucher for addidas. The sms that was sent to me doesnt tell me the website address or give any instructions whatsoever on how to claim a voucher. I then called Virgin head office and spoke to the unhelpful Alchea who obviously has no clue whats going on as she told me to punch the code in on the website. Alchea can you explain how the website will know who I am where I live and where the order will be delivered too??? <br> <br> When i told her she obviously hasn't even been on the website as there isnt just a punch in a voucher section, she then said Virgin has nothing to do with the vouchers and I should call Addidas.
