Shocking service and ****** money

Honestly shocked by your service. I froze my account two months ago and I have still been debited every month. I was told I won’t get debited for the next three months. And an additional R140 was taken out of my account. I have emailed and called numerous times. I one picks up. It gives you the option to request a call back. Done it so many times and no one calls. And the call drops after sitting on hold for 45 minutes.
