Shocking service

I use to work at Virgin and was proud of it, they use to have such great service but of recent times it is shocking! Service in the gyms, cleanliness of the facilities. And now of recent times. Vitality got cancelled, not sure how, charging me full premier rates and when I cancelled on time to not renew my contract it never happened and now added May 2023 to the membership fees and want to charge me cancellation fees. So disappointed!
