Shocking Service

They have been overcharging us monthly by R600 because the person who signed us up omitted to put our Vitality details on the contract. I have been battling for 6 months to get this rectified. The service is absolutely shocking and only promises are made to sort this out. Even employees calling themselves managers are as useless... so Discovery should think twice before entering into further agreements with this company as their appalling service brings other role players into disrepute!
