SHOCKING MANAGERIAL BEHAVIOUR

I would like to express my utter disgust and disappointment in your manager THABITHA CHAUKE . This is related to the virgin active glen marais Kempton Park. Your gym in this area first of all is the only gym out of all the other branches in the country that closes at 2 pm holidays and every sunday , given that Saturdays your times of closing are the earliest too . Why??? My issue relates to the fact I asked your staff member in the front desk when I walked in today round 12 30 , that I would like one of the staff to help me with a quick foto but upon closing time when there would be no one around , she agreed cant remember her name but it was not Thabitha , you can check which staff was on duty . Thabitha had the audacity as a MANAGER to scream from the bottom of the 1st floor I was on, mind you I'm upstairs she is downstairs at reception screaming at me and the staff member HEY WE CLOSED . This is unacceptable . come up or send someone upstairs if you like , do not scream at me like that !!! Also as mentioned this was cleared , and there was still staff wondering around packing things away , I am a very long standing customer and do not accept be screamed at like this by your so appointed MANAGER. some ethics need to be remembered here on who the customer is !!!
