Shocking customer service from the accounts dept.

Dealing with the accounts department at Virgin Active is the most painful thing ever. The service levels are shocking, I got through to an agent who decided to put me on hold till I gave up simply because they wouldn`t assist me. Another agent decided to drop the call. All I simply needed was to resolve a billing query.
