SHOCKING CON VIRGIN ACTIVE!

I am paying for my daughters gym membership as she is a student. She is going overseas till the end of the year. I heard now that she has 16 months left of a contract at virgin active. I had no idea they tied me in for 2 years?! Now they say I can freeze the contract for 6 months, but I need TO PAY R199 per month every month it is frozen?! What an absolute *******, paying R200/month for NOTHING, and then when she gets back, the contract continues at R450 per month?! VIRGIN ACTIVE are cheats! I will be getting legal advice on, firstly the contract, and secondly, the freezing monthly fee!! Why can I not freeze the contract for 6 months, free of charge, and then continue paying it when she gets back? Why in the first place, did they con me into signing a 2 year contract? Are they not confident enough in their gym that they must lock one in for 2 years? SHOCKING VIRGIN ACTIVE!!
