Shocking Call Centre service 14 April 2016
On 14April2016 I contacted the VA CallCentre because I had received a VA \Arrears\" email on 13 April 2016. First I spoke to Fezika who I asked to call me back since I was calling from my mobile

07 May 2016, 11:0107 MAY 2016 Initially I received a missed call and a follow on email from Tracy-Lee only to 'pass the buck' to the VA Collections Manager; to date I have NOT heard any word from VA's collections manager!?!
Why don't VA Lead by Example and Live up to their own radio advert that says 'Get up, Get up and be active TODAY' / 'Get off your ass, Get off your ass TODAY' ??!!!!??
