SHOCKED

Joined the Glen Acres group last week on a contract and requested that the signed contract be sent to me as I signed only on the terms placed in front of me. No contract to access. I was promised that I can access any gym it is open, yet this is not the truth. I am appalled by paying R 800pm and the equipment is in such horrid condition, rusty falling apart, extremely outdated and old, gym has no generator. I cannot find an e-mail and it is not given to me over the phone.
