Shocked!

I joined Virgin Active as part of my Sanlamreality benefit. I went to the branch to enquire the fee and was keen as I was told that through this benefit I would be able to use facilities off peak at R450 pm ,minus between 10-60% off. I signed up. I was told that I was getting the first month free and that my bebefit startup R950 moneys would be deducted at the end of the following month and that my next month debit order would be paid on the first thereafter. I also signed up my children. I queried a debit order on the 6th in the branch and was told oh not to worry because it was my childrens debit order. At month end a R7** number went off my bank and I was confused. I assumed that my sanlamreality benefit lowered the payment but queried it at the branch anyway. I also asked why I have not received my contract. I was told that it would be sent but nothing received. Concerned I queried it online but received a shocking reply that I was never signed on through my sanlamreality. I never gave the consultant anything but my sanlam reality. I did not even need to give him any information but my bank account details. I am now told that I am supposed to pay for a normal special the gym offered. Why then was I not given the welcome gifts then, I asked. I was told that I do not qualify for them because I am on Sanlamreality benefit!! I am extremely dissattisfied and cheated. This must be corrected!
