SHARING MY PERSONAL INFO WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I have been hounded by MBD on Friday after my call from my work number to you on Thursday 23 July 2015 in order to change gym branch to one nearer to where I reside. I spoke to Michael at your call centre. Friday (24 July 2015) I was harassed at my work place, on my work landline, in front of my colleagues and my manager, this is 7 times on my work landline and twice on my personal cell phone for an outstanding account with you from 2007. Funny thing is, this work number is not even a week old and I have logged calls for all incoming and outgoing numbers- This is 8 years ago that I had this \contract"with VA. I therefore would like the original FULL contract with each page that was initial and signed by me at the time.
