SHAME ON VIRGIN ACTIVE

I'm disgusted in Virgin Active! I have tried to change my membership from 1 branch to another this morning as I've changed jobs & those yahoos want to charge me R130 more per month for a smaller branch than I was at before! How on earth can you do that to a loyal customer of nearly 5 years! They were not even willing to try to help to keep me on & were quite happy to just cancel my membership! Clearly being a loyal customer these days means absolutely nothing! Shame on Virgin Active! Your prices are already overpriced & clearly you have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE help whatsoever! DO NOT JOIN VIRGIN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE **********!
