Services not up to standard

So when i started a while back they promised me 3 months for free after the first month installment which never happened (false advertising) then i owed them money constantley i have had like 3 or 4 gym cards which simply won't work due to their errors so i just went with the app, now my debit is for the 1st of every month, they didnt debit me december and come the new year the want to acuse me of not paying i owe them money, and they make it my fault, I'LL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO VIRGIN ACTIVE AS THEIR SERVICES IS NOT UP TO STANDARD IM ASSUMING YOU DO NOT EVEN GO FOR AN INTERVIEW YOU ARE JUST HIRED WITHOUT TRAINING AS THEIR CONSULTANTS ARE NEVER CAPABLE OF EXPLAINING ANYTHING TO YOU. good gym with bad service and not up to standard consultants, they can use robots cause i mean they will also not be aple to explain anything as they are said programmed to say whatever
