Service with a Smile
After a very long discussion and complaint we are grateful for Nadia the CGM for arranging the extra new 20kg plates. we did not get our 90kg Dumbbell or Power rack but we received the 20kg plates which is the best service we can ask for from the best lady of the Gym Nadia. All the other Virgin active Gym's can learn from her. hopefully in the future we will receive our Power rack!!!!!
