Serious accusations by Club Manger

I received an incident report this morning stating, I behaved in a detrimental manner by not handling the weights / equipment with care. The report also stated that this was investigated and notwithstanding my explanation, they are of the opinion that I breached the club rules. He never spoke to me about this, I just received this report this morning. When I approached him after reading the letter and told him that this is serious accusations against me, he told me that it is on CCTV. I asked him to show me the footage and he told me that he does not need to show me because this is \his"club... really"
