Selling contracts under false marketing

Hi, I was approached in a shopping centre by the salesman who promised me if i take a virgin active contract with them, i will be given the following benefits:<br> 1. R800 cashback for visting the gym after 2 months. which i honored. Gym has not paid R800 to me however. i have called and texted the salesman who is extremely evasive, promising to look into the matter and arrange for the funds to be deposited. to no avail. <br> 2. He said i can save on a portion of gym fees if i sign up for vitality with no extra costs for my me. This turned out to be a lie. there is a joining fee etc which he insisted there was none.<br> <br> I have tried emailing someone named Ashley as well. and he has ignored my requests.<br> <br> All i need is for this contract to be cancelled
