Self Defense Suspension

Update. My husband is suspended for defending himself & me, for 3 months. His membership will be reviewed by manager 'Alida', who will obviously be bias, as she does not like people who point out issues with the gym which is never fixed. She says in her letter that no further correspondence regarding this will be entered into. She also previously asked me why I used 'Hello Peter' as a platform to address this. Why not? Alida suspended my husband but did not suspend / report to head office a white man who was abusive. Why the **************? All she did was ask him to apologise. He apologised & said that he was abusive as the gym was poorly maintained & run & he was frustrated about this as it is never fixed. We have been using K90, what a pleasure! All signage in place! Well Maintained! Friendly Staff! I emailed Alida a photo of the sign at K90 that we previously requested. K90 has it in place, why did Alida get irritated when we asked for this? The sign would have avoided the incident. No camera footage or witness statements shown, I was a key witness and no statement taken from me. Just Suspended. We going to use another gym but Alida will not refund us our joining fee.
