Security risks and ****** vehicle.

Beware of the high security risks at the gym. My vehicle was ****** on 21 December 2019 in the open parking area with other vehicles. I arrived at the gym at 16:30 and when I left at about 18:45 my vehicle was gone with my personal belongings such as drivers licence,bank cards,etc. This is the second incident and five years ago my vehicle was also ******. I asked to see the CCTV camera footage and there is always an excuse that they do no have the passwords and other lame excuses. *********** management and cannot even write an incident report. It is totally unacceptable that after few years there is a lack of security and no improvements whatsoever. Management and staff are *********** and have a don't care attitude.! There is security risks and jeopardizing the members safety although we pay such exorbitant monthly fees. I request management to seriously look into this matter and also the *********** staff the gym hires. Beware members because next incident might be fatal and management will still do nothing!!!
