*****ed up accounts, useless idiots

What a bunch of Muppets, that's all I can say! I used to have virgin active subscription which was cancelled in 2010!, I then again joined Virgin active in 2012, paying a joining fee and a cancelation fee when I left! Now recently I joined Virgin Active again, but only AFTER I signed up and paid a joining fee ( ok so its only R50 but still) was I told that I still have outstanding fees from my 2010 subscription and I need to pay this now! Firstly as far as I am aware company's legally cannot bother you for money after 2 years much less 5, but I stand to be corrected and will ask legal advice. Secondly, discussing that matter with the financial department at Virgin, I get told that the supposed letters that were sent to inform me of this debt was returned undelivered ( I have had the same Po Box active for the last 7 years and never received anything!) and lastly, I had a gym subscription in the middle of this in 2012, and no one ever mentioned this debt at all, and gladly accepted my joining and cancelation fees with open arms, and when I ask why no one informed me in this period, I get told that the systems were down! (really for 5 months?) What a bunch of useless dishonest idiots
