****MED BY SALES PERSON

A big **** into making me sign up with them. I signed up with Virgin Active at the Atrium during the Black Friday special in November 2019 I was told by the salesperson that if I need to cancel the membership later on it will cost me two months fee (370x2) for my 24 month contract i agreed and joined. It's March 2020 and due to unforseen circumstances I need to cancel my membership, I am now told that the cancelation fee will be (370x4) the salesperson Nipho refuses to help me and says there's nothing he can do. I simply cannot afford to pay that absurd amount just to cancel my membership. This company makes money through false advertising by their salespeople.
