Myself ,my cousin and wife decided to join the Edenvale gym,we were sold a package for R440 p/m by Billy (consultant) for 2 months I struggled them to debit the right account .Finally it was debited this weekend so I decided to go to gym I have been going to for the past 2 months ..When I get there I was denied access ..I was told I have been allocated to another gym I have never been to or upgrade to almost double what I signed up for ..nothing on my contract said that this was eminent or I would never had taken the package at all..It so embarrassing to be red carded in front of everyone especially when you know that you have already paid ..The service is pathetic and a **** of note .I am taking this to the media..it's **************** on innocent hardworking people ...absolutely disgusting Marketing strategy..now the fight begin !!..Richard Brandson ..wonder if you know what's happening here in SA!!
