Sauna AND steam room faulty. AGAIN!!!

<p>Virgin Active, Claremont. I find it very unsatisfactory that both the sauna and steam room were not in working order today, Sunday 7 May 2017. I understand that things break down unexpectedly but this particular VA has a long history of maintenance issues with the sauna and steam room. Staff members that I approached were not aware when exactly the rooms became inoperative. A sign posted outside the rooms blamed "electrical problems". In my view (having just paid my monthly subscription today) I feel that there are many electrical contractors who could have been called in today to resolve the issues. I pay diligently every month (no such luxury as Discovery subsidies) and expect VA to consistently provide the services that I have paid for.</p>
