Sarcastic staff member,unacceptable behaviour

I am a regular at this gym,Virgin Active Lorraine(everyday) and I accidently forgot my water bottle at home today.I asked the receptionist for assistance and he informed that I can use the water stations.Now,really?I have refilled my waterbottle at these stations many times but today there were no glasses available either.I asked the receptionist for assistance and he very sarcastically demonstrated to me how to drink from a tap. I surely did not need the sarcasm and as a lady I absolutely refuse to drink water like an animal. I am very dissapointed in the staff that was on duty at 12pm
