Sanlam Reality Magazine cost me R600

In January 2016 I joined Sanlam Reality/ Virgin Active/ Fedhealth as a member, the main purpose to make use of the Health benefit to make use of the 60% savings. I have been paying the R200 per month but not received the rewards for the attendance at Virgin Active. I phoned and e-mailed Reality on several instances and given various reasons why and when this money will be paid to me.I was only informed by Reality on 16th April 2016 that in order to receive these rewards, I and my wife must register on the Reality Gym contract at R950 each. We are both Virgin Active members and renewed our contracts in December 2015 fixed for 2 years but not informed of this additional cost to us by the Consultant at the time. We did inform the consultant that we intend to join Sanlam Reality benefit option in order to receive the 60% saving.<br> All that I have received for my R200 per month from Sanlam Reality is the magazine, not even our membership cards!!<br> Virgin Active and Sanlam Reality should have informed of this R950 activation fee requirement when I enquired why we were not receiving our rewards and not waited until my enquiry again this month!!
